Little Miss T’s Bakery is the work of Camila Espinosa, a Longview baker with a food science degree and a firm belief that dessert should love you back. Every item is made from scratch using ingredients Camila grows herself or sources from local farms like Rise & Shine Hills.

The result is baking built around real, gut-healthy ingredients without giving up flavor: thoughtfully fermented, naturally sweetened, and made in small batches.
