At Alice & Elizabeth, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, we offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Here are the details:
Eligibility:
- Items must be in unused, original condition, and include all original packaging to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible.
- Final sale items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories, cannot be exchanged or credited.
Exchange and Store Credit Process:
- Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase to initiate an exchange or store credit. For in-store purchases, please visit the store with your item and receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our team will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange or credit, whether online or in-store.
- For mailed returns, ensure the item is securely packaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
- In-store returns can be handled immediately, subject to item availability.
Store Credit:
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a store credit to your Alice & Elizabeth account, applicable for any future purchases either online or in-store.
In-Store Exchange:
- For those who prefer an immediate exchange, we welcome you to visit our store where the exchange can be processed on the spot, depending on inventory availability.
