Become a Vendor at Alice & Elizabeth

Alice & Elizabeth has always been more than a place to shop — it is a gathering place, a destination, a reflection of the women and makers who bring it to life. Our vendor program is built on the same philosophy as our store: intentional, curated, and rooted in the spirit of Southern hospitality.

We partner with small businesses, independent artisans, and women-owned brands whose work elevates the everyday — and we are proud to give those voices a home. Being selected as a vendor at Alice & Elizabeth is not just a space rental. It is a partnership.

Tax & Business Requirements

All vendors at Alice & Elizabeth are independent businesses and are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local tax obligations. The following documents must be provided before your application can be approved:

  • EIN or Tax ID Number — your Employer Identification Number, or SSN if operating as a sole proprietor under your legal name
  • Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit — required for any vendor selling taxable goods in Texas. Free to obtain at comptroller.texas.gov. Typically issued within a few business days.
  • Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate — required if you purchase inventory wholesale for resale. Must be on file before your space opens.
  • Business Entity Documentation — confirmation of your business structure (LLC, Sole Proprietor, S-Corp, etc.)

As a vendor, you are responsible for collecting Texas state and local sales tax (8.25% in Longview) on all taxable sales made from your space, and for remitting that tax directly to the Texas Comptroller. Alice & Elizabeth does not collect or remit sales tax on behalf of vendors.
